- Concluded that going back to the vendor to re-explain time constraints is probably the next step.
How to shift from managing 2-3 big projects to 8-10 smaller ones:
- Think about prioritising the work of the team
- Combine milestones/schedules to look for pinch points and to help identify ‘the next thing’
- Have ‘to do’ dates on actions.
